Shanghai French School welcomes students
aged 2 to 18, from kindergarten to the Baccalaureate, across its two campuses
in Qingpu and Yangpu. An international and multilingual school, accredited by
the French Ministry of National Education and part of the AEFE network, it provides
high-quality education to over 1,530 students from 60 nationalities.
Shanghai French School is seeking a highly motivated intern to join its Communications, Marketing, & Admissions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our efforts to attract new students and promote the school’s offers.
In this internship the candidate will:
- Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced international school environment.
- Work alongside the team to develop and implement strategies across admissions, digital communications, and marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and implement strategies to optimize Baidu and Google SEO for the school website.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content (text, images, videos) for various marketing channels.
- Provide support in website management using WordPress.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Assist with the organization of Open House events.
- Support outreach efforts to prospective families, including lead generation, follow-up, and communication.
- Assist with the management of leads.
- Assist with data analysis, CRM follow-up and reporting related to admissions.
- Assist with the translation of the online
application form.

Note that you will be required to work on both campuses.
We are flexible on the timelime for the internship, we wish to have someone for a minimum of three months.
Technical Skills
- Native-level fluency in Chinese and strong English language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong creative and content creation skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
