Our recruitment process consists of three stages, designed to be transparent and fair. You will first meet with the HR team, then your future direct supervisor, and finally the Executive Director. In parallel, we will contact your previous employers as part of reference checks. Each candidate is welcomed with care: our goal is to understand your background, motivations, and potential.
It depends on the position you are applying for. Some administrative roles or foreign language teaching positions do not require full proficiency in French. The required language skills are always clearly stated in the job posting.
Yes. When you are recruited from abroad, we provide support to help you settle in. We supply practical information, connect you with real estate agents, and for hires made before the start of the school year, we organize a welcome webinar before the summer.
A mentorship program also ensures support from day one, helping you discover your new professional environment and life in Shanghai.
Our goal is for you to feel quickly integrated, both within the team and in the city.

- Inspection reports and/or classroom visit reports
- iProf transcript for holders of French national education credentials

During the summer period, a slight delay may occur, but we strive to maintain clear and respectful communication.
According to Chinese regulations, foreign candidates must provide at least:
- A bachelor’s degree (original document must be presented)
- Two years of professional experience after graduation, confirmed by original work certificates
Your diploma and criminal record (issued within the last 3 months) must be legalized or apostilled to constitute the official file.
